Harpal Sandhu
Founder & CEO

Harpal Sandhu founded Integral in 1993 on the campus of Stanford University with the vision of combining technology and finance for the benefit of end-users. Leading the way with the first ever Internet based derivatives pricing and risk management system in 1997, Integral has pioneered the use of advanced technology to deliver increased transparency, best execution and operational efficiency to banks, brokers and asset managers around the world. Harpal began his career as a financial engineer in the Capital Markets Product Development Group at Morgan Stanley & Company. Harpal holds a BA from Stanford University and is the author of 5 patents on the use of innovative technology in capital markets.

Al Yau
Chief Financial Officer

Al Yau joined Integral in February 2010. He is responsible for all of Integral's finance, operations and human resources functions. Prior to joining Integral, he was a director at 3i, an international private equity firm, where he led growth capital investments in software, services and internet businesses. Al began his career in finance with Goldman Sachs & Co. Al holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Vikas Srivastava
Chief Revenue Officer

Vikas Srivastava joined Integral in October 2010. Prior to joining Integral, Vikas spent ten years at Citigroup in New York in numerous senior management positions, leaving as its global head of e-commerce for the fixed income division. In this role, he was responsible for building and distributing electronic execution products and services across all fixed income and foreign exchange businesses, and managed Citigroup investments in multi-dealer platforms. Prior to working at Citi, Vikas was the head of currency trading and risk management at Barclays Global Investors (now BlackRock) in San Francisco. Vikas holds a MBA from Tulane University, Louisiana, and a MS from the Southern Illinois University, Illinois.

Jon Barker
BankFX

Jon Barker joined Integral in September 2007. Prior to joining Integral, he was Head of Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities e-Commerce Sales for Europe and Asia at Citi in London. Prior to that, Jon traded Spot Foreign Exchange on the Inter-Dealer market at various institutions in London and Wellington, including Barclays and Bankers Trust. Jon holds a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Auckland.

Masato Kikuchi
MarginFX

Masato Kikuchi joined Integral as an investor in 1999 and as an executive in 2011. Mr Masato’s professional experience covers over 25 years in the finance and technology industry. He started his career with Mitsubishi Bank as one of the original members of the Mitsubishi Derivatives Trading Team, the first one in Asia. Later, he ran the technology group at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities and then was a Private Equity investor at Marunouchi Capital before re-joining Integral in his current capacity in 2011. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Patrick Barkhordarian
Data Science

Patrick Barkhordarian joined Integral in September of 2005. Prior to joining Integral, he was President and Founder of Long View International and Renaissance Software Inc. Patrick started his career as a Software Architect at Sun Microsystems. Patrick holds a BSEE from the University of Maryland, an MSEE from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems from Stanford University.

Paul Calhoun
Service Development and Delivery

Paul Calhoun joined Integral in May 2000. He manages Integral’s engineering and customer service globally. Paul is a veteran of the Silicon-Valley based software industry with decades of experience in leading large teams, growing engineering organizations, and successfully bringing software products to market. Prior to joining Integral, Paul held executive, senior engineering management, and product management positions at a number of software companies including Tandem Computers. Paul holds a BS in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley.
